Shellon Blanchard-Clarke, MBA, SPHR
Shellon is a global Human Resources Executive with diverse experience in the healthcare, retail, SaaS, and consulting industries. As a former Managing Director at Accenture and executive at Fiserv, Shellon has led transformative HR initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees worldwide. More recently, as Chief People Officer at VBC Holding Corp Inc, an early-stage pre-seed startup in SaaS, Data, and LMS, Shellon was brought in as a fractional leader to build the foundations of employee engagement, career architectures, and HR operational processes from the ground up.
Shellon's domains of expertise as a global HR executive include Talent Acquisition and Management, People Analytics, Culture & Engagement, Compensation/Rewards, DEI, Organizational Design and Change Management, M&A Integration, HR Operations, and Technology Product Implementation. She is a people focused executive who is enthusiastic about activating the capabilities of others and driven to use data for storytelling and insights to help organizations design strategic people initiatives and programs. She has also led and facilitated people strategy planning sessions with leaders, talent and succession planning workshops, post M&A organizational design & workforce location strategy sessions, career architecture redesigns, and compensation analysis and revamp initiatives.
Her experiences and passion for making an impact inspired the founding of Human Ingenuity Advisors, a strategic talent advisory and executive coaching consultancy. Human Ingenuity Advisors was founded on the principle that unlocking the potential of human ingenuity creates limitless opportunities for organizations and individuals to innovate and respond to constantly evolving business landscapes. She is dedicated to helping leaders of small and medium-sized businesses optimize, scale, and transform their organizations with strategic people programs and initiatives. She is passionate about leadership development and executive coaching, using scientifically validated tools as a Hogan Assessments-certified leader to help leaders grow and retain high-performing teams. Through her executive coaching practice, she utilizes insights from assessments to help leaders move forward with solutions to familiar challenges such as organizational change, engaging, building, and maintaining high performing teams, and transition into new roles.
She has served as a featured panelist, discussing topics such as defining success at all levels, culture and engagement, unconscious bias, key elements of leadership development programs, hiring great talent, and empowerment and intersectionality for women in Corporate America.
Shellon holds an MBA from University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a Certified Executive Coach and an active member of several professional networks, including the International Coaching Federation, 100 Women at UNC-Kenan Flagler, Athena Alliance, Calibr Global Leadership Network, and Forbes BLK.
Beyond her professional achievements, Shellon is committed to community impact. She serves on the board of Collegiate Directions, dedicated to closing the education, achievement, and opportunity gap for first generation to college students from low-income households. Additionally, she serves on the board of Savvy Ladies, focused on championing the advancement of self-reliant, financially educated women.
